Horses and Children
Needs and Opportunities
The barn that I go to takes underprivliged children and
autuistic children and lets them ride horses for fun. We have an event for
almost every holiday.
Audience / Clients / Users
Story book farms will benefit from this project. The people who
want to learn horse care will benefit. And children that get the wonderful opportunities
to be on horses will also benefit. I go out to the barn 2 or 3 times a week and
will be able to interview them then or on the “fieldtrips.”
Mentors
My riding instructor and owner of Storybook Farms Mrs.Dena
Little.
Timeline
What is your monthly timeline for this project. I want to see a list
of deliverables with deadlines. You may find that the timeline needs adjustment
during the course of the year, which may be fine. Check in with me if that’s
the case.

Product
I am going to put together a poster that has shown all I’ve done
this semester. Complete with a computer presentation showing videos of what I
have accomplished.
Reality Check
I am going to need a bridal and a saddle,a bit wipe, a saddle pad,
a girth, and a brush and a foot pick . We (as in my family) will have to pay
for lessons twice a week.
Conclusion
Iam so exited for this project! Icant imagine something better. It
combines my 2 favorite things animals and children. This project can make a lot
of children happy.
